Well, either you or your friend made the lyrics up. The lyrics are really bad... so cheap. Per has got much better skills than that in all of his songs. there is just no flow in the lyrics you presented here....
I have got the feeling, that you just wrote some lyrics yourself, because you were wondering what the song might be like, and yo liked your lyrics and thought, we the other roxers out here mihgt like them too... but no, they are crap. With lyrics like that, roxette would be a sinking ship that could not get rescued anymore...
I hope those are not the lyrics and I really do not think those are the ones anyway.

Have spoken to him - he’s pulling my leg the *^&$£”%^&!!!!!!! Have told him to stop annoying me! The song he sent me was a Natalie Imbruglia b-side - just listened to it and it’s very good - it’s called Cold Air. Where he put the lyric “A Thing About You” it should be “Like Air”.
Sorry folks, I will slap him next time I see him!
