TCOTH cardboard sleeve issue?

Can anyone tell me if “The Center Of The Heart” has been released as a 2-track single with cardboard sleeve (like almost all singles before, going back to “How Do You Do!”)? Or is there just the 2-track in the plastic tray? Thanks in advance!

http://www.ginza.se has it for SEK 29 I think, but they don’t really ship to Austria. The CD itself is identical to the jewel case version, and it even has the same number.

There is a cardboard version, or actually two, one with glossy sleeve and one matte.
