Room Service Live Tracks - too late?

I´m wondering about one question which can only be answered by the fans.

“Do you think it´s too late to release officially a Room Service Live 2-CD or any live tracks on CD-Singles?”

For the fans: nope, it’s never too late.
For the label: yeah... the tour has been to short and is over. And they are planning to release compilation albums as well. I’m afraid there’s no chance of a live CD now...

but we can get live tracks as B-sides for the singles

Daniel:
good idea.

Peter

Must you always start talking in German in every single topic? Especially if it’s completely off-topic and was meant to be a private message?

@ piet: It’s his second reply...give him a break!

No, the only live stuff we have, which is official, was the the Video “Live in Johannesburg”. I think, they shoudl do that like Marie did with her DVD. A DVD with a concert and a CD of that concert; in a compilation!

Remember: There AREN’T video-recordings of a whole concert, which are good enough to put on DVD.... Only sound-recordings, which you can better release as CD....

You are sure?
You saw webcast Stockholm concert, 2001? (or may be you were there? :) It’s professional video shooting and montage. I hope, that there is RAW-video, much better, than demonstrated DSL-version

Per once said that live cds are like greatest hits cds.
Per also said (a while back) that the audio recorded at the concert in Brussels probably wouldn’t be used.
A live DVD of the RS tour.....I think the only one to be recorded properly was some of the Stuttgart concert and the whole Stockholm concert....but I didn’t think the cameras were in the correct places in Stockholm....they were there mainly for the webcast.
Although....if the concerts can be broadcast on radio then someone recorded them.....live cds are never too late to release but who’s gonna buy it appart from the fans.
