Yes, Pietro is right.
.rm, .ra, .ram stand for Real Audio and Real Video formats. Get Real Player One at www.real.com and listen to (or watch) these files.
BTW. there is a WinAmp plugin for playing Real Audio but it still requires Real Player to be installed coz uses it dlls.

Also means Tecplot raster metafile (RM), which is another video fromat but in this case being roxette video yes it’s real media.
