Midsommar= midsummer. Its when the sun is at the furthest distance from earth...its also the longest day of the year and its usually the 21st of june...:-)....its mostly celebrated by the swedes,danish,noerwegean and finnish people. personally i think its just a good excuse to party and get drunk :P

I can´t imagine where swedish people go for a pleasant and sunny vacation, cos I imagine that in the northern part of Europe the weather is quite cool almost all the time. What about Tylosand or Halmstad...are they hot in summer? Do you know which places prefer Per and Marie to go on hollidays with their families?

No, it’s not cold all the time here in Scandinavia. On summermonths (June, July, August) the temperature is about 20c-25c. I live in Finland and now the temperature is 17c and it’s raining, but last week was hot. About 25c whole week. Love it!

It´s one of all the times´ dream to visit Scandinavia...well perhaps sometime!. From now on next August I will do my first time visit to Europe. Luckily I will do some trainning at a Hospital in Barcelona, then I will spend some days in London but i don´t think i can “reach” Northen Europe. And what about you? Have you ever been in Argentina?. Here we have 32-40 °C during summer (january,febrary and march) and -1 up to -10 during winter. Come on visit me some time!!
