Doen't Roxette need a new Record Company????

I think the EMI is not working hard enough to make Roxette knowed all over the world. Of course now that they have their families they are going a little slowly with the tours. But there are another bands that don’t go out on tour and sells more albuns and are more famous than Roxette in the four cornes of the planet. So I ask , Wouldn’t be better to Roxette forget about EMI and try another Record Company?

Yes I agree with you Yashar, looks like both Per and Marie are not concerned with the rest of the world anymore. I think they are happy making success only in Sweden. And Cowboy, I think they can do new songs and good albuns, they have talent enough for that, they already proved It. I would like to know why they don’t... Maybe they are thinking about solo projects only. Does it mean that Roxette is going to end?

Yes cowboy, I want to believe that if one day they decide to finish the duo they will take an honest act, as a fan that is all I hope. But I didn’t mean the end of the band, I was thinking about the end of the wish of write good songs as a band, Maybe now they want to work harder in their solo projects. So they are saving the good songs fo It.

If they got a new record company they’d still be considerd as a small selling artist and would probably end up in that same position.
Personaly I think they have other things more important now like families. ;)

I see your point... their families now are the centre of the universe for them and that’s why they are not going out on long tours, but the families can’t upset them to keep on doing good songs and good albuns. I don’t know, of course they don’t sell the same number of copies than Madonna but I think It happens because they haven’t got someone working hard to make them well knowed all over the world.
