Does somebody around here represents the fanclub?? I have a serious complaint and nobody answers my emails!!!
I’ve had my issues with the fanclub before but it always turned out ok, but this time it’s different!
I don’t believe that they take advantage of people, knowing that they are the best place to get Rox stuff. They should do this service for the people, not for the money.
Please answer me, otherwise enjoy the money you took from me...

That’s very easy for you to say, but then you should check the email addresses you provide on your site. Those were the ones I sent my emails to.

Well yes but obviously that mail never reached us. Especially to avoid such things we created the complaints-address so that things like that will reach the right person.
