BMI.COM - The answer to all rumors?

If you didn’t visit it yet, go to http://www.bmi.com.

In the top left corner, there is a field where you can put a song name to be searched. There are also, some keywords below it, like composer, writer, etc. I recommend you to just put a song name...I wrote “Ghost in the House” ’coz I know that is an unreleased song from Roxette. I found it and I found Per’s name (Per Haakan Gessle) as a link and I found lots of songs, including some (at least for me) unknown.

I guess that most of you have more access to singles and unreleased material than me. So, please, try to identify there some songs that don’t exist in Roxette’s repertoire yet...why? ’Cause if Per and Marie are going to release new songs this spring, they are already registered there! I found some nice ones, like “Drowning in You” “Can I Touch You” and many others...maybe you know them already...if so, please, tell me. I guess that the Web rats Roxette fans will get mad for reading the 7 pages with Per’s registered songs...be my guest...then you tell me, folx...

“Drowning in you” already appeared on a bootleg!

I’m confused about the spelling of Per’s Name! His name is not Per Haakan...but Per Håkan....hhmmm
well BMI is maybe not able to use this swedish letters but why than the double a ???

I’m not sure if I really wanna get to know songs like “Only you” and “Rocket from her heart”...sorry...ROFL...sounds ...eehrm...a bit...funny foolish..strange???

But LOUD CLOTHES sounds interesting! :)))

i still want little miss sorrow... ;o)

You might want to to read http://www2.dailyroxette.com/article.php/497 - you’ll find the answers to some of your questions there :-)

Can I touch you: I didn’t find that one in the list I copied (and sorted by BMI work #) back then, guess you’re talking about “Can you touch me?” which is a song by Gyllene Tider. Together with “Another place, another time”, “Break another heart”, “Dreaming”, “Run run run” and “When love’s on the phone (You just have to answer)” it was released on the “Heartland” EP in the USA, so that’s probably the reason why they were registered...

Only you: That’s the second song co-written by Desmond Child, isn’t it? I don’t think we’ll get to hear it anytime soon as Per doesn’t like it... didn’t he say something like “It sounds like a cheap Bon Jovi-song”?

Rocket from her heart: released be “The Boppers” in 1991 - nice, but nothing special IMHO :-) Sounds like a song Per wrote for POP or LS, thought it wasn’t good enough and sold it to another group to get rid of it *g*

@ Starrox

Bon Jovi? God, I never wanna hear it! ;)
