left behind---complaints from an american fan

Although I’m happy for the many of you who are happily purchasing tickets to the upcoming performances....I have to admit that I’m a bit jealous and frustrated that I’m not able to be a part of the hysteria.
I have never seen Roxette perform live, nor do I think I will ever get the chance...(I will not travel halfway around the world for a concert...i’m not that dedicated).
I just feel that the folks on the other side of the pond are getting a raw deal. And it reminds me of other groups I would love to see but won’t.
Enough venting for now!
Have a great day!!!

you should send e-mails and e-mails and e-mails to your american radiostations and record companies that you want ROXETTE...
I mean...Per and Marie tried to get a record contract in USA again...it failed. I don’t know why...seems that they are not popular enough anymore outside Europe!
But who can change it??? THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!

Yeah! M...I wouldn’t go for a little performance...but it’s quite an experience to travel to another country, it’s not just the concert...it’s museums, culture, people, especially the ones you get naked with in the bathroom while the band is standing outside the door! These moments are priceless...memories I’ll always cherish...and oh yes...something I will do again...and again.

Don’t get me wrong, I love to travel! I will be going to Bulgaria in a few weeks. I just assumed, wrongly I guess, that those who travelled with the band only did so to see, well, the band. I didn’t realize how close the roxette community is and that the concert isn’t the only reason to travel but an added perk. In general, I’m quite jealous of the opportunities afforded to so many of you. And perhaps one day I may even join you!
Good day.

well lil’ M, would you travel half way round the
world for a concert AND beautiful people, ships,
castles, museums, canals, statues, etc etc etc...?
I did and so did many more. Some even went
more than half way round! (those poor Aussies
and their 26 hour flights!) :)
any one regret it? I think not!
but this is just 3-6 songs... a showcase, not a
concert. It will be up on Roxbytes about 3 seconds
after it is over anyway. ;)
