Does anyone have a list or know of a site of the positions Roxette’s songs peaked in Aus from Look Sharp up to CBB and even RS??
Just been wondering for a while!

Hi there
Great list, I have some amendments. June Afternoon was definitely released in Aus as a single, don’t know how it went though, and MATAH was of course also released
Have a nice day

Hey guys,
just one quick correction, “Run to You” actually made the Top 50, it was 49 or 48.... but didn’t stay in the charts for very long! The only reason it made the Top 50 was due to Rox touring OZ at the time.

Yes you right with Run to You! silly me, It did make the Top 50 ARIA. It made the Top 20 ARIA here in W.A. too ,right when they were here.
Fingertips ’93 was never released here in this part of Australia,EMI did make the cd of course, I remember asking EMI at the time,it was cancelled,it was later released with the Crash!Boom!Bang! album as a special offer.Thats how I ended up getting it.
Sleeping in my car - I just listened to the Take-40 Countdown It definetely peak at number 18 twice :) - it went 21,18,24,18,22,26,30

I have Roxette’s chart history from ARIA (at the moment it’s lost but) I can recall that
COYH did not make Top 40 (it was #55)
QOR peaked at #66

Re Fading Like a Flower
I’m sure it only got to #7
Re Spending My Time
This didn’t go top 10 (FLAF was their last ever top 10). I think it peaked somewhere between 15 and 25.
Re The Big L
This too peaked between 15 and 25.
I think some of your chart positions are based on the Australian Music Report (opposed to ARIA). I believe Smash Hits mag used to (i’m talking 10+ years ago) use the Aust. Music Reports for their charts.
animalkingdom said on March 12, 2002 21:09:
Yes...
The Big L. #20
Spending My Time #16
..and FLAF #7
BTW. Did you know that none of Roxette’s albums went to #1 in Australia?
