The Look for Roxette - online!

Am I the only one on here that didn’t know about this?? Robert Thorselius’ excellent discography lives on in online form here: http://thelookforroxette.com. Of course, this means it can be updated, and has been - all the way up to Marie’s most recent single. The price guide is there, and there are even older items that have ’surfaced’ since the book was published that never made it to the print copy (such as a “Paint” 7” single from the Phillipines - no kidding - and the album that “Violett,” the charity single Marie participated in, was taken from). There’s even an interactive component that lets you create your own discography and want lists, and allows you to submit things you own that aren’t yet listed. Doing so adjusts the price guide according to the actual difficulty fans have had in securing recordings. Fantastic!
Wow! I’m excited about collecting all over again (-:

Great site! Pity it hasn’t been mentioned here before, for some strange reason.

Tevensso, I think it would be worth (if not a must) mentioning it on the front page ’cos most of us had no clue about it and besides many of us do not own the book. In my opinion it’s the most comprehensive source regarding Roxette, Gessle and Fredriksson & related releases.

huh, I completely missed this, and it seems to be there since 2006???

I am quite sure that it was in process since 2006 but wasn’t online back then already. ;-)

Robbie, we do have jobs during the day. I’m sure something will appear soon!

I wonder why they didn’t advertise the site here and there on the rox web – is it really online for 2 years? Maybe cause it still wears a beta sticker? Some elements are missing, biographies etc. Great website!

TDR is not our main activity/job/ life. It’s been 2 years without an article, I think 1 day more or less won’t hurt anybody..

I got you Jud, next time I’m gonna throw myself overboard... Happy?

If it was this important to you, why didn’t you write an article about it?

Sascha you are right! Exactly the same like you said.
See the today’s short note on the main page of TLFR.

I’m really surprised no-one knew about this? I thought everyone knew. I joined a few months ago, incidentally stumbled upon it, but saw that it was indeed already online for a couple of years. Oh well, nice that it’s more known now then. It’s a fun tool, though it’s not water-tight. Some detail mistakes make it tricky. But still fun.

No way! Why hasn’t it been advertised here on TDR???
