Was I the only one who did not like the idea of having another girl lip synching to Helena’s voice yesterday on the Swedish Fotbollsgalan? The performance of “Silly Really” was playback, so why bother to have another backup singer since Helena is home with her brand new baby. I think it looks quite silly, really.

well, it’s not abaout Helena, It’s not about Emma. It’s all about making it believable. it had to look real so they had to bring someone to “sing” backing vocals, it’s as simple as that, otherwise it would look tacky to everyone. now it’s looks tacky only to us :)

Only Fans know that´s not Emma´s voice on Silly really but there is a lot of people that saw the show yesterday that don´t care if is Helena singing or not, even don´t have any idea that the peformance was playback

Yes, but I think only fans buy his album, because he didn’t do such a popular music in the previous years. There are a lot of people who don’t even know who he is! And he should perform for his fans in the first place. And as you wrote who are not fans don’t care, don’t care about him!

I never said I had anything against Emma. I just think as you write “we did not get to see it” so why then make her lip synch to Helena’s voice if she is so good herself. It can’t feel good to lip synch to somebody else’s vocals, when you are a respected (apparently) singer.

Well yes i can understand that, But its all showbiz, And if u were a singer, I think u would take the chance to sing behind Per Gessle to, I think she takes all chans she can get to make it herself as a singer, and is just a start. She is only 21 years old.

I don’t think its silly really, Emma is a really good singer, even though we never got to see it on “fotbollsgalan” if u look up Emma on youtube you will se her perfomence. And she is really good. Seems to be a happy nice girl, and a change wouldnt be wrong. GO EMMA! I Hope to see u more in the future with or without Per.
