There you can choose nomination and write the band name (in the bottom of the page,where there’s “NOMINATE” voice)

Votings like this usually suck, and this one is not the exception. I just can’t believe that acts like Mika (who has only released ONE album to date), Tokio Hotel, Jonas Brothers and Crappy Spears are listed in the “Best Act Ever” category. Is this serious? It’s closer to a joke, imo.

It’s not only a matter of taste, it’s a matter of common sense too. I am not saying Roxette should be listed there, but how can they consider that Mika or Tokio Hotel could be voted as the “Best Act Ever”? What about the big names of the past (and present)? It’s just hillarious!

There are acts that have achieved fame and success worldwide (like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Madonna, Michael Jackson or U2). Those deserve to be listed, no matter if I like them or not. But when I see the Jonas Brothers or Tokio Hotel in the same list... I have to laugh, I can’t help it! I wonder who put this list together.

By the way, ABBA is not listed either. It says it all.

2)Supporting Roxette because,according to me,ignoring “the big names/band of the past”,it’s a thing that makes me angry!i think that should be beatiful if Roxette will win because they are still supported(and loved) by a lot of People
So i thought to do the right thing,but i feel hostility in some comments,it’s like i’d have to feel guilty for doing that!
Besides if Roxette really win instead of Rihanna or someone else,it would be a GREAT thing!
Anyway i’ll continue to vote e supporte them!

There’s hostility against that silly MTV network, not against you! Anyway, I don’t think Roxette has chances to win over Rihanna or any other current ’star’. This is the real world. They had their momentum in the early 90’s, but it cannot last forever. Let the others take a chance too!
