I know topics like this have been here before but it doesn't matter... So, which Rox song did you last hear on the radio (or hear from someone's headphones or see on TV )? I heard June Afternoon... twice

Yesterday, listened “listen to your heart” in rock & pop, Argentina.

Wow R&P Arg!! What was the joke about this time? They only use Rox for THEIR own fun.
Yesterday i heard Queen Of Rain when i picked my car from the garage don’t know what radio they were listening to.

I saw “Dangerous” on VH1 Classic.
P.S. I can’t remember when I have seen a Roxette video on MTV. It seems that MTV just won’t show videos from Roxette. It’s a shame.
christian said on July 8, 2008 18:29:
really shame on MTV. German music channel Hit 24 showas much roxette. Good pop rock music from the 80‘th to today. That‘s music. Not MTV. They changed to dead music

I just realized that I caught the last few seconds of “Vulnerable” in Home Depot on Sunday! I knew it was a song I knew, but couldn’t place it... suddenly today, three days later, it clicked. Must have been awhile since I’ve listened to “Crash! Boom! Bang!”

A TV-programme called “La Mamá Del Año” (The Mum Of The Year) has being using an excerpt of ’Milk and Toast and Honey’ for its promo ad, here in Argentina.

heard the other version of Listen To Your Heart without the guitars actually...it’s solo was replaced by a saxaphone part which pretty much ruins the tune

I heard quite a few Rox songs on the radio lately: Listen to your heart, Milk and toast and honey, The centre of the heart

VH1( europe I guess) had It Must Have Been Love as #13 in their “All time greatest Love Songs” some time ago. They listed the top 50 songs or something like that.
alexandru. said on July 17, 2008 20:57:
And today, VH1 once again listed It Must Have Been Love as no.10 in “Final Countdown 50 Best Ballads Ever”. I have turned on the TV at exactly the moment they were playing it.

I heard Dangerous on the local english-speaking station here, in Israel. This song is not so well known among the majority hebrew speakers. but a few weeks ago there was a Roxette special featuring A Thing About you, which had a lot of success.

This Morning while my Family and I where in the Car we heard It must have been Love on Radio Ton(which is one of the most well known Radio Stations here in Baden - Württemberg Germany) and my Mother turned up the Volume and we had allot of Fun singing to it!

Joyride is on my local station NOW!! Shocking! Haven’t heard Rox on the radio for ages. The DJ said, ’that was Roxette with Joyride. I miss them, wonder where they are now?’
How tempted am I to email them and tell them!! :-)
onlywhenidream said on January 6, 2009 17:26:
you should have - my local station www.thesevern.co.uk regularly plays roxette...all the golden oldies! LOL
pwbbounce (moderator) said on January 7, 2009 09:36:
@onlywhenidream - I run the risk of being banned if I email the radio station anymore about Roxette. They do a ’Guess the Year’ hour everyday, and one day they played Listen To Your Heart. I knew that the year was going to be 1990 as that was when it was a hit in the UK, but I emailed them and explained that the song was originally released in 1989 bla bla bla. The reply I got? ’Very sad!’
lol
