Where can you find TWATG?

In your country can you find TWATG, or only with pre-order? In Romania it is not in any music store, but I was in Spain- Barcelona and there, you can buy TWATG, even old version 97.
How is in your place?

According to a friend the cd was available in the record stores here...

I live in Germany and I preordered my copy at Amazon Germany (was declared as an import).
According to the news from TDR the album was released here on May 9 but I didn’t check our local record stores.
