Thx Kingboul!;
this rainy sunday wil get much sunnier now!
I already sent you the other songs by the way, i just read you message.
Sheena said on May 25, 2008 10:47:
Kingboul,
I”ve been playing the song for some time and I think there”s only one D in the verse; like this:
G
Em
C-G
Em
D
The rest of the chords seem to fit perfectly!
kingboul said on May 25, 2008 18:27:
Sheena,
No doubt, he’s playing a D on “get” in “would’nt get that far” for example, I’m 100% sure !
But I don’t mind if you don’t play the way I do :-)
I’ve already finished “Every day outside my windows”, will post it tomorrow evening
Cheers,

Kingboul is a great guitarist, don‘t you think? :0) Anytime we have a new album he helps us with all these songs! :0) Thanks, Kingboul!

You’re welcome dear Blunek ! I’m glad to see you around here again :-)
I’m not a great guitarist, but the Gessle style remains the same : after some time, it’s quite easy to find out most of the chords... Remember we work together on some GT or SOAP stuff ?? You were quite eficient too !
Here we go for the next one :
EVERY DAY OUTSIDE MY WINDOW
Intro: G – D – G - D
_Every day outside my window G - Em
_Every day she walks on by D – C - G
I used to be a normal person G - Em
Before she came into my life D – C - G
_Every night I keep on dreaming’ C – D - G
_Every night I take her home Am – Em - D
_We always go to bed together G - Em
_I always wake up all alone C – D - G
Every day I see her coming’
Always 22 to 8
I wish she stayed a little longer
But her bus is never late
Every night we’re dancing’ slowly
I play the music she adores
Like Sinatra, then we’re watching’
Movies from before the war C – D – Em – (C)
It’s strange (so strange), so strange (D) – Am - G
_What she is doing’ to me F - Am
Strange (so strange), so strange Am -G
_Did this ever happen to you C - Am - Em
The way it just happened to me? D
It’s strange (so strange), so strange Cm – Bb
_What she is doing’ to me Ab - Cm
Strange (so strange), so strange Cm -Bb
_Did this ever happen to you Eb - Cm - Gm
The way it just happened to me? F
Bb – F – Bb - F
Two other songs are done, will post them tomorrow and friday :-)
Enjoy,

Excellent work, Kingboul! You”re sure your last name isn”t Gessle?
;-)
I”m trying to find out the chords between the first and the second chorus (the part between the D and the Cm...)
I don”t think he just plays the chords of the verses?
By the way, I think you”re right about that D in Detective Jones after all...
kingboul said on May 26, 2008 20:05:
Here’s the musical bridge you asked for :
F – G – C – Dm - Am – G – C – Am – F – G - C
“See” you tomorrow for a new song !

@kingboul: Thanx for all Chords!!!
well, it is not the chords of the T-T-T-Take it!, but it is the solo of guitar, I hope that as something it should serve (it is the same for the demo as for the song)

No Major Tom was to be seen in the charts Em – G - D
No Sgt Pepper was playin’ around in your home, oh no C – Am – G - D
Just Colonel Parker countin’ the money alone Am - Em - D
But boy, did he look good in green! Bm – Bm/a – Bm/g
Oh boy, did he did he look good in green! Oh boy! Bm - Bm/a – Bm/g - D
This sunny afternoon Bm - Em
He sleeps his Saturday away A – Bm - G
Locked in his room D - A
And boy, he don’t have many friends D - Bm - Em
But one is good enough you know A – Bm - G
When you’re alone, so alone D – A – Am
Am – G – D – Am – G – F - Em
The King told the crowd he was a fortunate guy Em – G - D
He thanked them and smiled and made all the girls break down and cry
Cos they all know that this was the bitter end, oh yea
That things would never be quite the same again
Oh boy, did he look good in green!
Oh boy, did he did he look good in green! Oh boy !
This sunny afternoon
He sleeps his Saturday away
Locked in his room
And boy, he don’t have many friends
But one is all you need you know
When you’re alone, so alone
