Do you think if they were a couple in real life, would it hinder their music inspirations? Would you love Roxette more if they were a couple in real life? (if this post offends any Mikael fans or Åsa fans, I apologize).

If Marie and Per were a couple in real life, I think they hadn’t toured the world for almost a year, twice(!), maybe they would tired of theirselves. Just look at ABBA, they split up because it didn’t workd to work together with their loves. (Hope ya know what I mean, sorry for my English!)

Marie and per would be great couple together,they always looked so nice together,rox-songs are full of love.there was a time when i could not imagine,that they cannot be without eachother,and there were lot of gossips that they are lovers,its of course not truth.also when there are singer couples,their relations could not stand for a long time.but althought i imagine them as a beauties and gifted,most talanted family.

Actually at first I thought they indeed were a couple. Thanks God they are not, otherwise we wouldn’t have Roxette for so long. And thank you Asa and Mikael for inspiration you give to Per and Marie, and of course CLARENCE FOR PRESIDENT!!!

Go to any fanfiction website and read a little bit, thus you’ll have plenty of material for your “very creative” imagination.

Besides, I never considered Marie and Per were a couple.. I don’t know why. They just don’t suit each other, in my humble opinion.

per & marie no lovers absolutely, they don´t fit each other as a couple, per was always kind of female and marie was always a little bit manlike, but the friendship between them has to be very strong indeed

I agree with some of the posts above– Marie and Per as a couple would probably have burned them out, being two very strong personalities, and ended in them throwing their gold records at each other– most likely during the Joyride era– and we would never have gotten Tourism, C!B!B!, HAND... Come to think of it, we probably would not have gotten Joyride, because it was Asa’s note to Per that inspired the lyrics for the song, and later the album.

But then again, Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart did have an amicable work relationship after their romantic breakup. So who knows?
