For me its very, very hard to categorize Roxette’s music, cause its all VERY good. Well, I started to think about it yesterday, and I’d like to get your opinions. So tell me. Do you have a favorit album? Tell me what’s the best album??

The ones I enjoy the most are “Look Sharp” and “Have a Nice Day”. The one I don’t like that much (except a few songs) is “Room Service”. And the best compilation ever is the combo “The Ballad Hits”/”The Pop Hits” because you can have all the singles (major and minor hits) on one package.

I think HAND was the perfect ROX album.. today it still sounds fresh!! after that i would have to say joyride.. it has so many amazing pop songs....
can you all believe the same person who made the joyride album makes the music he does now? i really miss the joyride guy :(

roxwho, I totally agree with you! Just play The Big L. or How Do You Do! with a song like TomTom or Om du kommer ihåg. What a difference.
I still can’t manage to play the new album without skipping the tracks constantly. It’s too slow for me, no song gets me hooked.

I miss it too “roxwho”.. I wasnt born back then but the music was so much better. But im also an 80’s - start of the 90’s kind of girl. So that explains why for me. Music was so much better back then. But my favorite album(so far.. I havent had the chance to get them all but i have the most of them).. anyway, my favorite album is Pearls of Passion. That simply went straight to my heart. Theres just no bad tracks on it. And since i had the album “tourism” before i got Pearls of Passion, I think its very funny to hear “the real” “so far away” song. Its great. But if I should make a list of the ones I’ve heard (and have) It’ll probably look like this
#1 Pearls of Passion
#2 Tourism
#3 The collection of Roxettte hits (incl. One Wish and Reveal two GREAT songs)
#4 Pop Hits
#5 Ballad Hits
#6 Dont Bore Us Get To The Chorus
And thats all i have. Though im trying to keep up.

my favourite album ist Cras!Boom!Bang because of the very good guitar sound.
I remember ihe MTV show “MTV Most Wanded” with Ray Cokes, where Sleepnig in my cae had world premiere. A real ” Gänsehaut ” feeling came about me.

Maybe it’s strange but I used to listen to Pearls of Passion a lot between 1992 - 1994.
I remember that I had it registered on a Raks audio cassette by a studio guy and dunno why it sounded so nice and special. Maybe it was in accordance with that period’s musical trend.
Right now, I do not have any patience for that kind of stuff :-)

Oh my, quite a difficult question for me... In my opinion, Tourism and the Crash! album are fantastic - I very much like the guitars in songs like How Do You Do!, The Heart Shaped Sea, Keep Me Waiting and Harleys & Indians. But the subsequent albums contain great songs as well: I’m just thinking of Cooper (fabulous arrangement), It Takes You No Time To Get Here and My World, My Love, My Life. The only song I really dislike is Make My Head Go Pop. Quite embarrassing for a Roxette fan, frankly speaking...

Joyride.. no doubt. It’s such a fantastic album!! It was the album that made me a fan. Anyway, I also love C!C!B! Some people say it’s boring, but I don’t agree at all. Tracks like Sleeping in my car, Fireworks or Lies can never be boring ;)
