Marie in USA at Elton John concert

Hi all,
While I was getting some work done last night, my boyfriend was watching Elton John’s 60th birthday concert on UK TV channel, ITV. He’s certain he saw Marie in the audience, without Per, but wouldn’t recognise Micke.
Did anyone else see Marie?

Well, i didn’t see her cause i didn’t watch the concert. However, even though i could be wrong, i will say it’s unlikely cause if Marie couldn’t come to USA with Per this past january to help him do a little promotion for the release of the Hits CD because she’s tired and not up to traveling long trips away from home because of her actual physical condition, why would then take that same trip to the US for a concert? It’s kind of contradictory. If one can make a trip to the US for a concert, then one can make that same trip to the US to do the little promotion Per did, which was not at all intensive as we’ve noticed. So, this is just my rational to my point that i don’t think Marie was at this concert.

@ Carlos: Even if the promotion in the US wasn’t big at all, you can’t compare work with entertainment. I don’t think that a trip itself was/is a problem, it’s more pressure that’s connected with promo stuff, that’s a problem.

It was during the opening credits, maybe the first song. Naturally, I didn’t watch this bit, but once Graeme had told me he thought Marie was there, I watched the rest of the concert desperately searching for blonde hair in the audience :)
Still, Graeme has bad eyesight....
