That decision now is in the hands of the Director of Music Programing, the success of the song on Logo means other channels associated with Viacom i.e. MTV, VH1 should now give the video a spin on those networks. However it highly depends on radio airplay, and other sources of promotion must be in hand as well, AS RE-MIXES which I had mentioned to Marie Dimberg back in September 2006. She obviously has not contemplated the idea as usual...as I believe she is in a great roller coaster ride...by early next week a website will be created with emails communications sent to D&D Management, EMI, EMA, Desert, Capitol, & MTV USA, with the conclusion of the article ROXETTE: The story behind someone just more than a fan....

As a non gay, I don’t really get the “feeling”, but I agree, Roxette is highly recommended in gay circles. Could it be Marie’s - sometimes tough - presence and her strong voice and Per’s - usually - soft moves and colourful clothing? But I might be way off with my assessments. Maybe our gay friends can make it a bit clearer.

I seriously think Marie has always had an appeal among lesbian women, and farther than her look she is not only a beautiful woman, but has a similar look to gay lesbian icons such as Annie Lenox, Ellen Degeneres, however still keeps a femenine side. However back in the CBB days she looked pretty “butch” and in the Joyride days Gessle looked pretty “gay”.

Its just that Gay ppl have excellent taste ;o) And I doubt that the “rainbow” of colours in OW’s vid has anything to do with its success on LOGO.

I think, someone mentioned that LOGO has 20 million subscribers. Maybe at least some 5 million of them could buy the new Roxette album? Yes, you might say that they most probably don’t know that Greatest Hits CD is out, so maybe it’s time to order commercials on LOGO? Especially now, when One Wish is on high rotation!

i agree totally AURYTE , put in my humble opinion, roxette’s record company is in the red big style and has been for awhile, and its working on minimal workload. In the US it would be even worse situation.
