well i caved in and bought the dvd of live-ism, the sound quality rox! Visuals are pretty damn god, I just have a question...is the source from the original concert master tape or the japanese laser disc cos on my copy from watercolours in the rain on there are japanese subtitles that come through during dialogue, i don’t mind was just curious, lol i’m gonna drive my boyfriend nuts with this!

Thomas is right: If the one u have bought is the brazilian edition (think is the only “almost-official” edition in dvd) it’s made from the japanese LD and u can put portuguese subs over the original japanese ones (eith an ugly black stripe...)

i got it on ebay kinda got mad cause after i paid for it another showed up for only 20 bucks but its worth it seriously. LOL yeah i turned off the portugese subtitles and when i saw japanese i just shrugged, it doesn’t detract at all from the dvd tho, i just forgot how fast the concert went, so nostalgic seeing per and marie back then
