Yes, 5 years as a member - but I’m not 21 anymore, I’m 28. I make that 7 years, so maybe the stats aren’t quite right!!

I’ve been a member for about 6 to 8 years, if we consider the weeks before completing a whole year.

I think I explained this before. I think it was around 2001-20021 that TDR changed from the grey/green design to the yellow/orange. Together with this layout change, Visa wanted to clean-up some accounts that were not used anymore, so all members had to confirm their membership -> the register date was set to the date of confirmation.
I am also a member since the early times 99/00 but my account shows I’m here only since 2001. In your case, Roxrider, you must have confirmed your membership a lot later than I did ;)

When writing long answers, I always pre-write it “outside” using notepad for example. I do not do this only (here) in the forum, but also at work. ;-) If I remember correctly, it took me at least 3 database crashes until I learned that lesson. *rolleyes*
