Cover artwork for the RoxBox DVD alternative case.

Hi everybody!
I’ve made an alternative cover for the RoxBox dvd (for amaray case) just to keep it in a safer place than the original cardboard storage of the Box. I’ve tried to stick to the original design as much as posible (of course I know that “Impact” is not the font they’ve used but still the most similar one as I’ve read....).

P.D: Just in case: if the resolution is not good enough when u download it, just mail me and I can send u the ilustrator/photoshop original file (which looks almost perfect when printed in photo paper!!!)

Really nice work. If it wasn’t for the font, i doubt you could pick it wasn’t official, (apart from the 68-06 thing).

Childish? Yeah maybe.... But I think it’s typical of Rox covers to have a-lot-of-sth repeated to the point of ridiculous... I remember the stars behind each letter in the Pearls of Passion re-issue....
Anyway I’ve tried to stick with the original design as much as possible, and i think it endep up quite ok.
Now I’m working in a dvd-shaped cover fot the Crash! Boom! Live! concert.... Must handle so many pics in the very front..but I won’t give up...;)

I made a sleeve for “Sweden Live”. I think there is no point in making a DVD sleeve for “The Videos” and “Don’t Bore Us”. I doubt someone would tranfer those tapes to DVD, since we have all the videos on 2 official DVD’s.
Emil__BG, there is no need in showing us your anger regarding the Reveal sleeve IN EVERY THREAD. Better accept it, because it is not going to change at this point. Just forget it.

By the way, I’ve already made a dvd-cover for “Sweden Live” many months ago...let me seach for it in my pc and I’ll put a link to it. It’s an older design so it may look a bit odd now but it’s quite ok.

(The front cover is almost exactly the one in the laser disc - plus the dvd logo / Back & spine designed with that era style.... love the grayscaled & diffused picture of them.. / There is a mistake in “Surrender” (only 1 r) corrected in the psd file.)

And recently (it was yesterday, indeed) I finished the sleeve for “Live in Zürich”, as I didn’t like the one I used to have (designed by someone else):

I have both in bmp format (best quality). They are bigger files, so I have to put them in rapidshare, if necessary. I also made a CBB (Johannesburg) sleeve. I hope you like them! :-)
