Gessle's "På väg" 3-CD set ---> for sale

Here you have the now hard-to-get Gessle’s 3-CD set. I hardly played it, since I coverted all the songs into mp3 files. So, the discs look like new. Same applies for the book and the box itself (it’s in a protective plastic bag).
I can’t sell on eBay, that’s why I am putting this offer here. If somebody is interested, send your offer to [email protected]
Just email me for further info regarding this item. Thank you.

It’s not piracy, because I play the mp3 for my pleasure, in order to keep the CDs as new. So, if you make your CD’s into mp3 to play them in your ipod/mp3 player, that’s piracy as well...
I am free to decide in what way I play the records I got, don’t you think?

Of course you are, but buying CDs, copying them and then selling them is not what is regarded common practice. In theory you are to delete the mp3s after you sell the CDs of course. In theory.

Copying them and then selling them... You could say that if I buy a CD, I copy it and then I sell it the following day. Of course, that’s not the case. And according to the law here, if you make a copy for personal use (with no lucrative aim) that’s not illegal.
Stick to the topic, please: the set is still available if somebody is interested on it!

Yes, but still, in theory, you aren’t allowed to keep the files after you sell the record. I know this is nitpicking, and I’m saying “in theory” because who ’d be so dumb to delete the files?

In some circles that would be considered as piracy - sure EMI does not wanna read that some fans rip MP3 albums and then flock them off!
