I was in a CD store outside Stockholm and they had 7 copies of the DVD.... and a store in the next corner had 2 copies....

My friend definitely bought it... in the waterfront in Cape Town. And it’s about half of what WE paid for it here in Europe....
So, look sharp, it IS avaidable there. Try to order it or something.
