Gessle is planning summertour?

I am 100% sure he is preparing something for 2007 in connection with his (auto)biography. I am 99% sure it’s a solo album. I am 44% sure it’s in Swedish. I am again 100% it’s gonna be a tour if the album sells well. The same story we’ve heard with Mazarin and SOAP, I guess. Nothing sure about the tour, but he’s always open to everything hehe...
But don’t matter what Expressen says, I was quite sure he’ll do something anyway...and I kind of thought that if it’s successful he’d want to tour so..no much info from Expressen anyway. The real news will come when we’ll find out whether it’s in english (SOAP) or swedish...
Well, I guess Per is just IMPOSSIBLE haha...does he sleep at all, I wonder?

Yes, I´ve been expecting recording of new Rox album. Maybe in the autumn or in 2008. I still believe there will be one or more Rox albums.

Not to put a downer on it, but I think if Per does another solo album, by the time its out, a tour has been done, and he is ready to start again, it may be to late for a new Roxette album. I think if Roxette are going to do another album, do it ASAP. The 20th anniversary, RoxBox, and new singles have sparked awareness for Roxette again. If they leave it to long, people will quickly forget and loose interest, then the motivation to do a new album will become less.
I am not against Per doing a new solo ablum, but strike now while you can, while roxette still has a chance.
As most of you will be, I am sure the majority of us are fans of both Per and Maree, but we want ROXETTE, ROXETTE, ROXETTE.

Look what Take That did last 2 years for example..
Some SOAP songs made under title Roxette had chance to become hits , but under name SOAP were big flop.
Something like Mazarin will be good but will have the same local swedish success.

A couple of weeks later the news about SOAP came up, and it became clear marie wasn’t replaced, but that gessle indeed worked on a new project with a big influence of a female-singer (Helena)...
