OK, if you change some guitar-chords, change the drums, change bla bla... it could be SIMC, but hey...these are so different songs!!! if it is in the lyrics, or in the melody.
This Malmstedt is a “F***in´ Kotnascher (it´s a german-word, sorry). BTW Look at this photo from malmstedt, i think that he was copying Per´s CBB-style!

Yes, I agree with you. Some small parts of the chorus might sound a bit similar but there is no reason to pull Per to court because of that. And when we are honest: Which song written these days doesn’t remind us in some small parts of one we have heard before?
And BTW: Even if this Malmwhatever gets right (what we don’t hope anyway):
There can be no doubt that SLEEPING IN MY CAR is the better song.
