It´s a video from a german TV cannel.
But the quality is really bad, except of the sound.
Another edit: I was watching it right after my post...I must say: I like this video. Especially the turn from COY to DFS and the ending of DFS. I like it how marie animates all the people, fantastic! :)

That was a regional broadcast station: Baden-TV, but we usually called it “Bauernhof-TV” (Farm-TV), because a lot of people there were, simply said, incompetent. *rolleyes*
