GH album:

I am a bit surprised how for whatever reason the single “You Don’t Understand Me” was left off the album. If songs like “MTH” or “Stars” were radio european hits so was this one.

The RoxBox:

I ended up realizing that the whole essemble of songs is really great. It’s a perfect time traveller through all fo Roxette’s music. Yet I would have never, and I repeat never, take off “Crush On You” and placed YCPYA there instead. The same for “Cooper” I love the song but I think that it would have been better to present another outtake “Making Love To You” to be there next to “It Hurts”. TFGOTM was also a personal fav from the Marie and Per? Is that why is also on the box? Okey but i still think that Harley or even Fireworks deserved much more than being put aside. And what about “Love Is All”? A mastepiece... at least for me!

In the end it makes sence not to have remixes or live tracks mixed up here with these 4 cds. All of these are studio recording so as a whole creates a united musical sequence with no “outsiders”. It could have been possible to have included a Bonus CD with live and remix tracks (thouggh there aren’t that many and COY remains the only one unreleased) so probably it wasn’t worth for the moment to release them. But who knows ... the party ain’t over yet and maybe later we’ll a get a somewhat bonus fan release with those remixes and live tracks we wanted so much. Just let go through the whole package re-listen to it all and revive how great it has been to feel and breathe the music of the one and only Roxette... with and without the guitars! LOL Cheers
