I’ve been writing and reading for my thesis, and searching for updated articles to suit my work. Also done a lot of cleaning, and driving old and unuseful things to the environmental return point. At end of the day I drove away to referee a football match, in pouring rain, on a slippery and artificial surface. As matches has done lately, it ended with a red card.. Why or football players not the brightest people on earth :P hehe

Wasted my day. Was supposed to go out to my brother’s for a BBQ but somehow he wound up at work (supposed to be his day off) and there until 6pm and I’ve got school. So it’s “post-poned” but I won’t be able to attend any more “functions” because my life changes next week.

Oh, it is nothing conventional, it’s a folk-electronic band called “Lo Gai Saber”, they’re from northern Italy and sing in Occitan, and their album ELECTROCH’ÒC rules :D

...and worried a lot when Katherine Legge smashed and desintegrated her car against the wall in the Champ car race today, after having lost her rear wing (so, it was bad luck’s fault, not hers) :s

Luckily, she’s alive and kicking!! Hope to see the “warrior in pink” back on the tracks soon! :P

Lets see... got up, washed up, put the washing on, did some ironing, mowed the grass (hopefully for the last time this year)..... raked up leaves, made brunch, walked the dogs, only one went a small distance!

Then... I visited a nice neighbour, came online, went on eBay, Brushed the dog, email some people, went out for dinner, went for another walk, took some photos, watched TV, had a bath, watched Dirty Dancing (well some of it).... turned over the channel, came online and here I am!

I have been in and out of ponds all day in leaking waders!

Okies...to expand I’ve been on a trip today. I didn’t fall over in the water, but I stepped out too far in the pond and half filled my waders, which were wet anyway cos hey had holes in them. Luckily, I brought spare clothes! Also got stuck in one cos it had loads of clay type stuff at the bottom

Lets see. . . watched a film on tele. Had a shower. Booted the computer to check showtimes for a matinee of The Prestige. Wrote a lengthy, if a bit preachy post. (c) I like using the leaf rake.... it’s handy in case any of the neighbours head in my direction as I can use it for protection ;) *you can see the headlines now*
