it could be a hit without much tv if the clubs picked it up.....it is supposed to be uptempo after all and if it was remixed then it could be a club hit....obviously it isnt likely to happen but maybe......
Stars did it. ok it flopped in uk but still got in clubs

I think the radio is there strongest and most important market!

The whole underworld of heavy/death/trash-metal works successfully without tv.
But that’s not working and not going to work for Roxette or any other commercial band, of course...
PS: By the way, according to Lars-Erik Olson the title of this thread is not in accord with the standards of the site, because it is a “blind topic”, according to the new rules ( http://www2.dailyroxette.com/smalltalk/thread.php/16524 ). remixes of roxette tracks have had club play before ive heard it must have been love and the look in remix form also joyride and the regular version of Stars......if it is an uptempo song then its possible for it to get played in the clubs in remix form

while i am with David on this, i have never heard Stars in the club. I would never ask for that song and if i heard it and my friends realised it was my fave band in the whole world i would run in the toilet and hide there! lol. its the worst rox song ever!

B4 is quite good - but if you watch it all night they tend to play alot of the same songs quite often.

without TV they’re screwed. Perhaps not TV shows as such, just Sky music channels. Without having a the video on there, then no one is gonna know it even exists, let along become a hit. If there’s one channel on Sky in the UK that’s gonna play the song, it’ll be B4. That’s what I think anyway.
