The Look For Roxette

Hello everyone,
about 8 weeks ago I ordered the book “the look for Roxette” on www.premiumpublishing.com. According to info on this site the deliverytime is about two weeks. But I still didn’t get the book.
I already mailed to the customer service adres but I get no answer. The book is payed with my credit card. So I lost my money but I have no book (yet).
Has someone else oredered on this site and what are your experiences with it? And what should I do now? Anyone got an idea?
Thanx!

I agree with Neil, try Amazon UK or play.com as both stock the book and ship abroad!

Of course they are a serious company, but I think they are sort of not too used to deal with customers ordering directly from them as they are a publisher. I’m not defending them, but I know they are a good company.

Thanx for your reply’s guys (and/or girls :p)
Well, I received a response today from the customer service, they are checking out now what happened to the ordered book and will get back to me as soon as possible.
I’m glad they reacted, maybe with some patience, I’ll get it at last. I’m less worried now :D

I just ordered a copy from Amazon.com, and their expected delivery time is 6-8wks. I’m not sure how long it actually takes for them to get it from their supplier. So I should get it just around the time when the new Rox releases are out :-)

About 1 year ago I ordered the book from amazon.com and after about 4 months they told me it was not available, even though it was still listed on their site.

If anyone is interested, I’m actually looking for a buyer... I’m not so much of a collector so the book is pretty useless for me :-/

Thanks for the heads up Brent, i’ll keep an eye on what’s happening with it then. I did notice that up until recently they’ve always had it listed as “not in stock”, so thats why i decided to order it.

@lonely girl: where are you from? i´m from spain, how much do you ask for the book?

I ordered the book too, a few years ago and waited almost 4 weeks for it to arrive here in South Africa. Give it time - you will get your book.
Otherwise you can mail the company a million times a day - they have to answer you one time or another.

@bevi: Switzerland... I’m moving so I’d be glad for everything I don’t have to pack up... How much would you pay for it? It’s as good as new
ally77 said on September 11, 2006 18:50:
@ Christine.... If Bevi does not want it, I’ll buy it from you?

No, but i would email them back and tell them you are cancelling your order as you have had no feedback from them, and then contact the credit card company to reimburse the money. Then you can order from a more reliable source
