Basic concept is that candidates claim they can achieve certain performances in a short period of time and a celeb has to say if he/she believes it’s possible or not - the actual bet. But they made through the years a real insitution of the show where the guest stars & performances are way more important than the betting thing. This show always receives big attention in other media and has excellent viewing figures in Germany.
[When the celeb lost his/her bet, he/she is supposed to do something - a minor thing like doing some charity. Or maybe release a Fan Box... ;-)]

One appearance in this show would be completely sufficient. It would be promotion for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and many other countries too!!
I think, most of every other artists has been featured in this show. In my opinion - this is the BEST way to present one’s latest work.

Of course it would be great if Roxette would perform OW at WD - they won’t need any other promo-apperance in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
But the problem is, that every artist had to perform their new songs for the first time at WD.
So they had to be in the next show (30th September), because the following show (4th november) will be after the BRAVO-Gala.
I think the next Show is too early to get things fixed and it’s even a little bit too early for the single, you couldn’t buy it the monday after the show - that’s not the best for promo intentions.
It’s very sad, perhaps they’ll perform ’Reveal’ - but that time they don’t have this “First time after 5 years”-headline...
C’mon EMI, ZDF hurry up and make everything ready for the 30th september ;-)

this show would be the greatest. Even if you have called the wetten dass team today, I don’t think that they always know which guests are invited for the next shows. There is always a surprice in the guest list. let’s wait ! :-)

Yeah, “Wetten dass?” is the biggest show on German speaking TV (ZDF/ORF/SF).
One should probably write Mrs. Dimberg or EMI.
They should promote the new song as “comeback single of the year” ... You know, it should sound like something really big ;)
