Original Pearls Of Passion or fake?

I know that there has been a topic about this before but I honestly couldn’t find it.
My question is as follows. Is it right that on the back insert of the cd it only says: CDP 7464592?
Can anyone tell me please? I’d really like to know for sure whether my copy is an original or not.

That´s the official release you have Sandyman.
Difference between the 1986 original official release, The 1991 official release and the Bootleg
The front insert of the sleeve: The 1986 original official release has often the star behind the name Roxette, The 1991 reissue release has often the star in the front of the name Roxette and the Bootleg has often the star behind the name Roxette and the Bootleg has often bright colour on the front insert of the sleeve.
The back insert of the sleeve:On both the 1986 original official Release and The 1991 official release the year of release and the EMI text is (P) 1986 EMI SVENSKA AB and on the Bootleg the text is (P) 1986, EMI SVENSKA AB
the back insert of the disc:The 1986 original official release the TOOLEX ALPHA and the catalog number text is TOOLEX ALPHA CDP 7 46459-2/01 CDM, On the 1991 reissue release the text is TOOLEX ALPHA CDP 7 46459 2 AO @ 1 (I´m very sure that the 1991 reissue release has this text) and on the Bootleg the text is 7464592 (Almost the whole catalog number)
I could mention more issues of them but I only have the 1986 Original Official Release so not.

Well, I have one of these CD’s which I think it’s a bootleg even if they sold it to me as an original copy.. but it looks like this:
The front insert of the sleeve/booklet has the star in the front of the name Roxette (I thought this meant it’s a bootleg)
The back insert of the sleeve has the text (P) 1986 & (C) 1986 EMI Svenska AB
The back insert of the booklet says SIB-TRYCK AB in the right lower corner
The disc has no TOOLEX ALPHA text anywhere, where is that supposed to be?
Anyone has any clue about what kind of release this is?

toolex alpha should be written on the back of the disc itself in the innercircle, right next to the hole in the disc.

Thanks for explaining! Mine is a bootleg then - it shows from the booklet and sleeve poor printing quality indeed!

I have a bootleg too. But in fact, the quality is better than the original. The paper they made the inserts is thicker, and the stars are golden (with some bright). In the original, they are brown. I don’t have the original, but I have seen it. It’s not very nice.

Ahhhhh, you are so lucky.....
I wish my copy of POP was just a worthless bootleg instead of a valuable original. Well, we can’t all be as lucky as you are, Roomservice!
edit: spelling error

Sandy, want to swap then?? ;) No, actually my bootleg looks quite fake.. the star is brown and the printing is very lousy..

Sandyam: I am not crazy to get the “valuable” original. I had the chance to get it, but I was not interested.
Secretkeeper81: indeed, there are a couple of different bootlegs. Some are a bit cheap, but the one I have is really nice.
