This is what I do now for my own council, but Liverpool is offering better money...

There are lots of call centre jobs out there in customer services... not exactly great but it’s better than being on the dole... and you gain experience whilst you are looking!

I worked for Hays Call Centre Personnel once, and it led to a perm job...

They seem to have quite a lot on offer... maybe try and get in Vertex in Liverpool or Warrington... both are okay companies to work for... :)
