Did Roxette really sold “only” 45 million ALBUMS? The press told us the same in 1999 - now 7 years later there is still 45 million sold albums. Can that be?

45 million albums and 25 million singles are the official 2005 numbers from EMI Sweden. The DBUGTTC booklet from 1995 already said 38 million albums and 15 million singles, but that counted the Pretty Woman Soundtrack.

The 2005 numbers are from the SOAP PR, provided by EMI.

Indeed, at the beginning of the SOAP-documentary it says “he sold 70 million records”!! ;)
