Question on Joyride USA promo cd single

Is it right that the promo cd single (dpro 04696)
has a carton front inlay with no text on the back of that carton? I just bought the item the other day and I received it today. When I opened the cd it looked like a computerprint at first but than again the colours are too perfect for that. Though, I still have my doubts about the front inlay. Can someone help me out, please?

The Canadian version has the insert, the US doesn’t.

So, is it right that there is no text on the back of the front insert?

Yes. It’s basically the same single, but EMI Canada wanted a picture sleeve too, so they had one printed. :)
