Other people I’ve seen on Ebay make a blurred picture so one can’t see what it really look like.

I certainly don’t blame the seller for not being honest. The item description is absolutely not misleading in any way. I am just saying that you can’t ask such a big amount of money for an item in such a poor condition. But than again, there’s no misleading at all. What you see is what you get so I guess it’s alright.

I agree with you all but I have to say that I payed 150,00 Euros for that and the most important thing is that I didn’t know about the state of the sleeve at the time of purchase so you can imagine how I felt.
The least thing I can do is to try to get at least half the money back and also if somebody buys it he/she knows already what he’s/she’s getting and would probably be happy to own it just the same. After all it is a rare cd.

Well bacause when I placed the bid I could see the two sticker marks on it (so the seller did actually put the real sleeve on the site) but I had thought that the marks were on the case and that I just needed to change it. When it arrived I was tempted to ask for a refund but the CD played fine and I was really convinced that I wasn’t gonna find it again or at least not within a few months only so I kept it. Maybe I did wrong.

Yep, I tried! I had some offers for 30 euros but seen as I was crazy enough to pay 150 for it I decided to give it away for free rather than sell it for that price.... and I did!

Maybe it’s a little harsh to tell considering the circumstances here but it just prooves that you don’t have to pay ridiculous amounts to get hold of rare items..

Hi, some time ago I was crazy enough to spend 150,00 Euros for the Swedish-only issue of Dangerous with 6 tracks, white sleeve. Seen as I have found another copy (after many month searching!!!) I’d like to sell this back. Of course I know I cannot ask for 150 Euros in one go even though it’s a rare single. I’m a honet person so you should be aware that there are about 2.000 copies out there even though it rarely appears on Ebay and Tradera.... but in case anybody’s interested you know it’s on Ebay now (I will post the link later).
Please read the description carefully, my aim is to get back what I spended (150) so before you flame me I think it’s just fair.... we’ll see!!!
