Son of a DANCING plumber

I don’t think that there is a thread on this already, I had a quick glance (could very well have missed it though).
The ICQGOTFTTBBU remixes are out today, according to SOAP.com discography page. Does anyone know where I can download these froms. Had a search and can’t find them :-((
tevensso (moderator) said on April 3, 2006 15:46:
We’re looking into this, it seems that they still haven’t appeared on Apple’s site.
pwbbounce (moderator) said on April 3, 2006 16:47:
Thanks Tev. The Hey Mr DJ ones are on iTunes UK (shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Roxrider_USA said on April 3, 2006 17:33:
Hi!
So, there’s no way i can download the Beattles Remixes, A Girl Like You, Plonk and Keep The Radio On, from iTunes Sweden because i need to have a swedish credit card, right?
Therefore, is there any other way? Looks unlikely.
Thanks for any suggestions.
Take care!
Carlos E., New York.
Roxrider_USA said on April 3, 2006 17:58:
@purplemedusa: Yeah, it sucks. The thing is that when there’s no way to buy these songs, it all comes down to relying on the kindness of other fans.
Hopefully we will be able to have those songs one way or another.
Take care!

@pwbbounce: I can download them, but can’t play them.
Hopefully the other songs and remixes will be playable if i ever get them.
Thanks for the effort anyway!
Take care!

Could anyone drop me a line regarding these mixes as well? I’m also 1 of the ’lucky’ 1s who does not come from Sweden....
tevensso (moderator) said on April 3, 2006 19:17:
As far as I can see they aren’t on iTunes store yet. Per is checking.
pwbbounce (moderator) said on April 3, 2006 19:20:
Good!! Hopefully they’ll appear tomorrow or Wednesday. I’m looking forward to hearing ICQGOTFTTBBU mixes..
roxlad said on April 3, 2006 20:53:
Digital Plumber Vol. 1 is on CDON but only for the Swedish customers :(((((
I want my DP!!!!! :(
Mary said on April 3, 2006 21:13:
Could someone also drop me a line concerning the songs please? I would appreciate it very much.
Thanks in advance.
Sascha said on April 3, 2006 21:16:
iTunes usually ads new songs on Tuesday. We’ll see tomorrow.
Tevensso, while you’re at it – could you ask Per why several Roxette albums (Look Sharp, Joyride, Tourism, BEE, TBH...) aren’t listed on iTunes Europe? The US one not to mention... And several release dates are wrong. Roxette’s catalogue looks a bit strange this way!
chrisjankunas said on April 3, 2006 21:51:
Could someone also send them to me?
@ [email protected]
Thank you :)
Roxryder-V2002 said on April 3, 2006 22:27:

Thanx in advance if anything happens!!
athingaboutyou said on April 3, 2006 22:33:
Hehe, gonna break down and beg for these as well. :)
If there was any possible way, I would download them. But since I am in the US, I can’t. >
Grasi said on April 4, 2006 03:40:
Oh please someone kind enough also please send theses songs to me
Thanks in advance! :)
EMI: I´m not sorry, it´s all your fault, why don´t release it as a regular single?!
marcusvandeursen said on April 4, 2006 06:50:
should be INRQGOTFTTBBU =
I never really quite got over the fact that the Beatles broke up
by the way, would love to have my mailbox plumbed with these remixes; [email protected]
starlover83 said on April 4, 2006 09:02:
iTunes refuses to install on my computer :-((( So if there is any kind soul out there who has actually managed to install the program and download Plonk & A Girl Like You (I got the Beatles remixes from cdon), my e-mail is *** (replace ” AT ” with @, this is to avoid getting spam)
*edit* Removed e-mail, already got the tracks.
Max-Tob said on April 4, 2006 10:54:
on cdon??? impossible! no IHNQGOTFTBBU on cdon!
I have checked it minutes ago...and then they were supposed to be available on ITunes only as far as I am aware of. I will never quite get over the fact that some of us actually can find stuff that I can’t find.
starlover83 said on April 4, 2006 11:03:
No it is definitely NOT impossible, I’m listening to them right now!!! They are available under downloads at cdon.com (Swedish version). Click on downloads, then search for son of a plumber and there you have it!
Nixie said on April 4, 2006 11:05:
I don’t like CDON’s downloads, because I can’t burn them to CD even though it should be possible according to CDON. I have tried several times to burn CDON WMA files using Windows Media Player. It works fine with files from other sites but not from CDON.
Is the download package available anywhere else? Maybe Woolworths UK will get it? It’s possible to download their files for everyone who pretends to live in the UK. :-)
Arlanda said on April 4, 2006 11:09:
@Starlover email didn’t work... Can you send me these mixes please? Thanks!!
RobS said on April 4, 2006 12:12:
I completely forgot about this remix.
Hopefully i can get a copy somehow.
blunek said on April 4, 2006 12:18:
@starlover83
Do you have whole songs? I can only get 30-sec snippets... :0( For me it‘s impossible to buy them through internet, because my bank account is not proper for them :0(
tcooh said on April 4, 2006 12:50:
Just checked Itunes again, still no sign of the new tracks or the new remixes. But also they had not added any other new tracks so far this week. Maybe their whole weekly update is delayed?? We’ll see when they arrive.. But shouldn’t be any priting or pressing problems with online sales like this, so they can’t blame that :P hehe
blunek said on April 4, 2006 13:01:
@starlover83
Is it possible to ask you for even one INQGOTFTTBBU?... I would be sooo grateful. :0)
rezero said on April 4, 2006 13:20:
I also wish to have these songs, but I’m in Asia...
Could someone send them to me?
Thanks in advance.
tcooh said on April 4, 2006 13:37:
I see also norwegian cdon.com has the remix songs, so as all that has a swedish release, has a joint all scandinavian release, to be considered one common market.
tevensso (moderator) said on April 4, 2006 15:24:
The Beatles remixes are not iTunes only, but the iTunes SOAP is.
Although they are very hard to find on CDON as they don’t show up unless you choose “search downloads”... Dumb, but that’s the way it is.

For all of you who are not in Sweden and wish to download legally the Dancing Plumber EP....
I have found it on MSN Music (it’s available in Italy so I guess it could be somewhere else too...)
Enjoy!
Roxrider_USA said on April 5, 2006 23:04:
Not on MSN Music USA!
Just checked as a way to satisfy my curiosity... :-)
Take care!

Actually it is: INQGOTFTTBBU = I never quite got over... and so on. Without the “really”.

How ever we write ICQGOT.... I think people know what were on about!

You can buy the “Dancing Plumber Vol.1” and the “Hey Mr.DJ Remixes” Downloads all over Europe.
In Germany for example www.musicload.de and in Switzerland www.exlibris.ch.
Grasi said on April 7, 2006 14:56:
But you cannot buy the “Dancing Plumber Vol.1” and the “Hey Mr.DJ Remixes” Downloads all over North and Latin America.
Roxrider_USA said on April 7, 2006 16:44:
@Grasi: Correct, but really frustratiing...

roxlad said on April 7, 2006 19:07:
That’s sad and you cannot import it as you would do with an ordinary CD.
Roxrider_USA said on April 11, 2006 19:24:
The beatles remixes are alright.
DJ ones sound better to me.
@ttmo: Check your e-mail! :-)
