I’m from Argentina, and remember back in 1993 when canal 9 broadcasted an amazing acoustic live version of spending my time. Since this happened after the release of TOURISM, I always tought it was recorded to promote this album. But now i think: maybe it was recorded while they were in buenos aires, but broadcasted months later. If this is the case, then that’s why this SMT version sounds so cool: it was performed around the same time they recorded so far away and never is a long time, and it has the same intimate feeling those two track have.
PER: please include THIS version of spending my time in the forthcoming ROX BOX.
