fading like a flower is on the 100% hits best of 2005 album:

isn’t it odd that the song ended up on a commercial compilation album when it was not even released here.

Strange how EMI works isn’t it??
I still think they should’ve released it, with all the covers made in 2005 it was bound to do OK.

Yea it was getting some airplay.
In regard to DHT’s LTYH, I was in a packed pool hall last night and that song got cut off half way though and there was a huge outcry of ’oooohhhhh!!’ haha

BTW DHT’s version of LTYH (which for the record I am well and truly over) has rocketed up to #11 this week on the Australian charts moving up from #17 last week! It would be nice to see it in the top 10 even just so Roxette get more of a mention :)

FLAF has been released on 3 Compilations, thats pretty decent. It may not be emi’s fault FLAF wasnt released as a single, I believe AATW’s label is Universal.

On the subject of bad covers, this amusing year-end wrap-up from down under trashes “Listen To Your Heart” as one of the worst singles of the year...

I love - and couldn’t agree more - what they’ve said about the Destiny’s Child single and Jessica Simpson’s video for the awful “These Boots are Made for Walking”... I felt like I’d broken a few of my marriage vows after watching that!
