I cheaped out and didn’t buy the most recent Gyllene Tider compilation. Maybe someday... it would have been a “mandatory” purchase if it had had something new on it though!
I’m also missing Mats’ birthday album and “Have a Nice Day” with Spanish bonus tracks. I’d love to have the Marie box set, but I’m too cheap. For I don’t know what reason, though, I always buy the Canadian release of every album that gets released here, even though by the time they come out in Canada I’ve usually had the Swedish version for months! So, I’ve got two copies of “Baladas,” two of “TWATG,” two each of the European and US versions of “Don’t Bore Us...” (how useless!!) etc. If I hadn’t bought all that crap, I could have had the Marie box set!!!

I would like to have Marie’s solo albums. I didn’t have all of them :(
Debora said on December 26, 2005 21:41:
Marie’s solo albums, I only have Äntligen Marie Fredrikssons Bästa and The Change.
Per’s solo albums, I only have TWATG and Scener
GT’s albums, I only have GT 25
But I will survive!!! I did it ’till now
roxtexanet said on December 27, 2005 00:11:
@Debora: If you buy just one more album, make it “Mazarin”! It’s fantastic, two and a half years later and I still listen to a few tracks from it nearly every day... that’s money well-spent!

Oh yeah, I don’t have the US version of DBUGTTC either.
As for GT and solo albums...well, it’s New Zealand. I don’t expect us to have them released here anytime soon...the Swedish-speaking ones anyway...

the box set of marie solo albums is SO worth the money i love it :-)

Dance Passion, Favourites from C!B!B!, Rarities. Also I´d like to have Marie´s live dvd.

I have all the main albums released... except bootlegs they are pointless to collect.... the one thing I would like it the GT boxset!
Room_service said on December 28, 2005 00:32:
“Dance Passion cd =pointless because its a bootleg”
I have it, and it’s not pointless. It was never released on CD. I will not spend a fortune in the vinyl just to play 7 remixes. I don’t have a turntable, either. So, I bought the bootleg. It’s not bad the sound is pretty clear, the vinyl scratches are hardly noticeable.

I was missing “Rarities” album, but I found it at a online store about 5 months ago... And I paid just R$ 14,00 (about 6 dollars) for it... And it’s a original CD imported from Japan!
roxtexanet said on December 28, 2005 02:04:
In the days before mp3s and burning CDs, the “Dance Passion” bootleg CD was actually really exciting! I remember Wonderland Records selling it for $100 USD because it was such a “rare” bootleg (this would have been 1993, maybe). Now, you can just download the tracks and make your own CD for next to nothing. Oh, those were the days... (-:

I paid 30 Argentine pesos last year (about 10 US dollars) for the German bootleg of “Dance Passion”. Many eBayers (including Wonderland) use to sell so-called “rare” stuff for crazy prices, even if the item is not that “rare” at all. C’mon! 100 dollars for that bootleg???
sandyam said on December 28, 2005 08:36:
$100 for a cd is crazy but in general Wonderlands’
prices are okay. I have bought several items from this seller. Very reasonable. I would really recommend this seller.
roxtexanet said on December 28, 2005 18:14:
I think eBay made a *huge* difference when it comes to the prices people are willing to pay for Rox items. In the pre-Web days, most people bought their rare Rox items from a handful of retailers in Sweden or elsewhere in Europe, and some of the prices were indeed very high for “rare” items like the “Pearls of Passion” singles, for example. As soon as eBay came online, it became apparent that lots of ordinary people had those kinds of items and there was no need to pay $75 USD for, say, the “Soul Deep” single! I’ve seen copies of those singles up for auction starting at $10 that never sold at all!
Breathe8 said on December 30, 2005 07:17:
Yes, ebay is a good but sometimes cds are very expensive. I have got other versions of Room Service and some singles from ebay and it´s good. I´d like to buy there cd Rarities in January or in february.

I don’t have Baladas en espanol. It’s not that I’m missing it, I just don’t want it. Heh. :-)
LittleSpooky said on December 31, 2005 04:18:
Missing all GT albums, all Marie’s albums except Antligen, and a couple of Rox ones like “Rarities”. I had the Rarities one once before... but lost it in a move.
n-Somnia said on December 26, 2005 05:35:
“Pearls of Passion” (original, not 1997 version), “Dance Passion”, “Favourites from Crash! Boom! Bang!”, the Spanish edition of “Have a Nice Day”, and the South African edition of “Room Service”.
The singles are a completely different story altogether...
