Whats the best gift you could ever give to your mo
silverROSES said on December 5, 2005 05:54:
my mom is going to celebrate her birthday this coming sunday. I don’t know what gift I’m going to give her.....
Maybe you have an idea on what do you think is the best gift I could give her to make her happy....
and what is the best gift you ever give to your mom?
maiden said on December 5, 2005 08:24:
Actually YOU are your mother’s gift already. Just give her your undivided attention on that special day. Try kissing her on the minute she wakes up and just tell her how much you love her, that is I think the best gift you can give her.

Santi I’m too young to get pregnant!!!
Yeah! Maiden you think so! I’m already been a nice gift to my mom but I have’nt give her enough to give ger back what she has given to me
Santi said on December 5, 2005 12:33:
Maybe, but the “best gift ever” is always a kid. Just wait until then! :D
silverROSES said on December 5, 2005 13:05:
It’s still depends!!!!!!!!!
Santi do you have a kid already?
Majdy said on December 5, 2005 13:54:
if I knew your mom, maybe I can give an idea :)
but as for MY mom, I always wanted to build her a house, maybe oneday because I just don’t have enough money yet...
Santi said on December 5, 2005 23:11:
No, I don’t have a kid yet (nor I want to have it yet) though I would like to have one some day.
The point is that people from my generation (some cousins, I mean) are starting to have kids now, and you should see my aunts how they long for it. For them is something like having a baby themselves without the pain and without sleepless nights, and with all the little baby comedy every human being seems to like. And they are like the 2nd mother of them. So just perfect! :D
That is the perfect present! :P
It is also “a present to share”, which are the presents that people tend to like the most. It creates a strong bound since you will rely on her wisdom on those issues and she will be happy that you finally understand her and her motives. I see it very clearly, the best gift ever you could give to a mother!! :P

My mom’s already harpin on me to give her grandkids. My brother has 2 beautiful girls... and it just ain’t gonna happen for me.
silverROSES said on December 6, 2005 05:20:
having a kid right now is not yet on my priority list.
maybe 10 to 15 years from now maybe I’ll have one..........
maiden said on December 6, 2005 10:44:
Do you really think you haven’t given your mother enough yet?
For one you’ve been an obedient child right? You’re studying well, you’re trying to get a baccalaureate degree so that you can pay your mother later for all the things she’d done to to you, not monetary maybe but you want to give her back all the good things she’s given you. You’re not into drugs nor not into any vices. You’ve been an ideal child any mother could ask.
Am I correct silverRoses?
Is that not enough for you?
Giving her a grandchild is not a bad idea, but since you’re still not ready to give her one think about my suggestion.
silverROSES said on December 7, 2005 05:21:
Maiden!
Yeah Your right with what you wrote about being an ideal child... But it feels like she have done more and i want to repay her maybe just to put a smile on her face on the very special day o0f her life/..
I really find it hard to decide.. Some of the suggestion u have given to me guys are far from reality!
maiden said on December 7, 2005 10:26:
What kind of gift do you have in mind then, something material which you can buy from the gift shop?
Try asking her then, maybe she wants something that she’s just waiting for you to ask her.

What about some flowers?
Or cooking for her something really special?
A photo-collage with pics of you and her?
A paint by yourself which express what you think of her?
A poem?
A paper figure?

For Mother’s Day awhile back, I wrote a note to my mother thanking her for giving me an upbringing that provided me with all the tools and education necessary for making my own way in the world, to live on my own, be economically responsible for myself, and make good decisions based on everything she and Dad had taught to me, while I was growing up – and not be any sort of burden or worry to them during their elder years. She phoned to thank me but she couldn’t talk because of weeping.
