Stars (X-Treme Radio Edit)

Hi!
...some months ago, I have seen on the web a promo CD with Stars remixes including “Stars (X-Treme Radio Edit)” : is it an official item?

It’s the Dutch maxi featuring 5 mixes of Stars, by Almighty & X-Treme (X-Treme Extended Mix is my favourite!). Of course, it is an official release, but a bit scarce and hard to find nowadays. The UK release is easier to get, but includes less mixes.

...I don’t mean the regular Dutch or UK cd singles with Almighty mixes and X-Treme Extended Mix but a promo release with Stars (X-Treme Radio Edit)...

I have no idea about that, I am not interested at all in promos.

...today I have noticed that also roxdisco.narod.ru lists this promo cd:

5”CD (IT EMI Promo)
3:48 Stars (Almighty 7” Mix)
8:00 Stars (Almighty 12” Definitive Mix)
6:43 Stars (Almighty Dub)
6:13 Stars (X-Treme Extended Mix)
8:02 Stars (Almighty 12” Mix)
7:02 Stars (Almighty Alternate 12”)
3:54 Stars (X-Treme Radio Edit)

...anyone have it ?

Yes, that one is a CDR.

...what’s a CDR?

A CD-recordable.

...what’s the difference between a promo CD and a promo CDR?

Nothing and everything. A CDR can be a promo, and a promo can be made on a CDR. But it doesn’t have to be.

The CDR is just the disc it’s made on. In this meaning it’s not pressed at a factory, just burned at some EMI office.

Thanks!

...is Stars (X-Treme Radio Edit) available only on that CDR ?
