I had the real privilege of seeing Sheryl last nite onthe final date of her short, but oh-so-perfect Wildflower Tour. I have seen Sheryl before but last nite’s audience just spellbound me along with the 4000 other audience members. The thing about her - strong vocal delivery, confident song-writing and a ”real” connection with her audience- makes her a living legend. 8 Grammies already prove it, but with this new record Wildflower Sheryl has something to say, and altho a ’slower’ record than some Sheryl standards, the songs really took on a life of their own. It’s going to be released on DVD soon and if you are a Sheryl fan, I would encourage you to buy it. A truly special performance.
