Chidhood Toys?

I was wondering what kind of toys you played with when you where little.....

For me it was Barbie and dolls! :)

to be honest i dont remember toys i had
i remember bikes and skateboards and stuff, but i dont remember what ’toys’ i had
ill ask my folks when i see them lol

Dont remember any toys, was always out in the park or out on my bike unless it was raining or dark.

transformers, jem dolls, gi joe, go bots, so many fun imaginative toys not the crap they have today

I used to love lego, at least thats what was the only thing listed on my not so extensive list of “interests” on my report card in the first 2 years of primary school. I also had an old ZX Spectrum+ that i used to play with all the time. Also my BMX bike.
When i was a toddler i also got a metal yellow toy digger for my birthday that i still have somewhere up in the loft. Apparently my parents were expecting to spend more money on me, but whenever they asked me what i wanted for my birthday all i said was “Digger! Digger!”.
Quite a nice digger it is too!

I still Love to Play Lego(I’m not kidding, it’s one of my hobbies)
When I was a Baby my Mother bought me a Super Mario
Figure(I still have it but I would never sell it cuz it’s for memory from my first 2 years), i also had Doll called baby born,Playmobil,Playdoh,My first Schneider Computer with my fave games called ghostbusters,Frank,Bruce Lee and Tennis all based ona dos system,I also had a Gameboy Color,A scooter,a Skateboard which i still have , Mr.Spock costume from star trek,My little Comquest plus,Mickey Mouse,Winnie the Pooh Bear as stuffed animal,My Little Play house that my father used build up with Bed matrases!

I played with Lego at school! lol but for me it was always Barbie and stuff.

I had a bike which I loved to ride with my friend around the streets like you do, till someone fucked up my pleasure in that - don’t ask.... I lost the will to use a bike after that!

I also loved just simple board games, and of course we had those made up games like Tag and such like...

Oh such happy days, seems the kids today are not happy unless they have expensive stuff!

@ Neil, I remember the Sinclair ZX, had a couple over the years! did you have a game called Thru The Wall! lol

My Little Pony :) I had 11. My favourites were:
MerryWheather
NightRider
YumYum
Buttons(or maybe that one was my sister’s)
PepperMintCrisp
Bonnie
Munchy

I’ve got this big box somewhere of Lego, which I used to play with. Had loads of micro machines to, and had the occasional Action Man (!!). Also, how cool was the Commodore 64!! Sitting there waiting for 20 mins while the game loaded up, and if you touched the computer while it was loading, it messed it up and you had to start again!! Those were the days...

In my younger days (pre-double figures) I used to jump off my slide and try and fly. Of course I actually did it (or so I thought at the time!).
