Really, I think they are both pretty crap to be honest, but then they are still in demo form. Maybe they would sound better if a final version was made.

Both have been made as final versions. And in my opinion Stay remains around the same, but I Do Believe is a better pop song in the demo.

None of the complete versions are by Roxette. I Do Believe was released as a single by a Norwegian female singer named Paris and Stay was released by a Swedish singer called Anne-Louise. Anything by Roxette (Per, to be correct) is a demo.
