Yes, it is real!
It ist the American Promo-Album for the Edel-Release of “Don’t bore us-get to the Chorus”.
But I would not pay too much for it. I think it is not very rare.

Yes... I was rather actively involved with EAR (Edel America Records) and our own Roxette NorthAmeriFANS at that time. I don’t know how “rare” this item is, but it is real.

Depends on if they’d done any of the RNAF promoting or not. I know that not all of the radio stations received these CDs. I had to purchase a couple of copies of HAND (I think that was what was being promo’d) and drop em off for station managers.
