Yes, I should think. According to Robert there is no new edition, and the original edition of 3,000 copies all have the CD.

i am eager to buy from amazon (us) because they are selling it at a good price as well as giving me free postage (because of the delays). free postage mentioned on playback isn’t available to australia.
it is odd that it does appear to be easily obtained from other places.
