A NORMAL PERSON WOULD OF HAD HIS KIDS TAKEN AWAY FROM THEM AFTER DANGLING HIM FROM A HIGH STORY APARTMENT !
so anything could happen , its sad cos if he does go to prision and found guilty they will juat say its cos he is black , i bet they will pull that card if that is the verdict.
rox-kuryliw said on June 13, 2005 21:20:
well no big suprise there either ?! i mean he was allowed to alot of other things wasnt he ?! , never mind.
Jud (moderator) said on June 13, 2005 21:27:
not really surprised either $$$$$$ ... if he’d been a plain poor nobody black or latin he’d be fried (or melted?) right away.
Ah well, now he can release an album and go on tour to get some some $$$$ back and done.
Jud (moderator) said on June 13, 2005 21:33:
So I guess it’s normal for a 40-year-old to share bed with teenagers in America after all.. *rolls eyes*
rox-kuryliw said on June 13, 2005 21:36:
i 101 % agree J , ow aswell of hanging babys over side of balconys in view of the world ?!
Jud (moderator) said on June 13, 2005 21:41:
as long as we keep it nice :)
going to bed, be good girls + boys while I’m sleeping! :)
GT_85 said on June 13, 2005 22:12:
If a woman would have shared bed with the person in this case, it would be normal. It´s quite fun to read how so many can hate USA. Esp. people from western europe.
And since mr Jackson owns the rights to some Beatles songs and his own songs i dont think money is such a big problem.

After the last post I just wrote...
I think this one was somewhat hypocritical and decided to edit myself
*beats self with bat*

:S ain’t comparing this to the fall of the Wall and the freedom of Mandela.. a biiiiit way too much?!
ally77 said on June 14, 2005 06:34:
It does not surprise me the results.... with all the top lawyers he had, but I think the length of the trial was too long....
I still think guilty, he’s never been a full shilling really has he, but it’s amazing what famous people can get away with....
I just hope he don’t come back with a tour etc... because the thought of reading that or hearing that in the news is scary....
I had a friend once she was obsessed with MJ in more ways that any of the obsessed Roxette fans I have met, the entire family where crazy for the guy... freaky family...
Oldag75 said on June 14, 2005 11:13:
Jackson has significant debt that likely will require him to sell his interest in the Beatles’ songs and his own collection. What’ll happen is that his financial holdings will be reduced to just a few million dollars – say, between $6 million and $50 million – which, to him, may be emotionally devastating. Oh, the poor thing! The best things this freak could do for himself would be to 1) quit associating with young boys and 2) get back to work and develop a good album of songs (unlike all the tepid schlock he put out subsequent to “Thriller”). One possibility is that he will make a show deal with Las Vegas promoters.... where he will become like the Elephant Man, folks flocking to the theater just to have a look at him.
The guy is a defective unit. He has squandered his talent and permanently impaired his image. He doesn’t have a single problem that he did not cause for himself.
TinyBubbles said on June 14, 2005 11:41:
Seriously Mattias? A fan then? Or just being sarcastic?? :S
I guess with so little real evidence he just cudn’t be found guilty of anything. Personally i think he probably is guilty of something. Too many suspicious things going on at that ranch!
ally77 said on June 14, 2005 12:10:
The guy admits to sleeping with boys... okay so he might not be upto anything, but letting a boy share his bed is rather strange.... It’s like Per letting some fan share his bed, it’s not real and personally there is no excuse whether it’s him or someother artist...
StillFar said on June 14, 2005 13:54:
It’s funny how everyone has an opinion about him. Although I don’t like him and find his behavior bizarre, I think he’s a very easy target for so many people who want to make some fast money, especially after admitting that he shares his bed with boys (which in itself are not a crime). Fact is, we do not know!
coyboyusa said on June 14, 2005 14:08:
its no surprise they had no physical evidence at all
kinda ironic to owheres all your outrage everytime a pedohpile actually kilsl a kid or a preiest raped alot of boys
rox-kuryliw said on June 14, 2005 14:54:
well coyboyusa do a topic of that with details who are where , and you just see the outrage there fella cos they would be. untill you do dont presume that we think they is no outrage for that.

I never liked MJ! Though..he is a traumatic person. He never had a childhood and I guess he is trying to get this childhood with spending time with children. And YES, I do think that he has problem with kids and sexuality itself, but I define him as an asexual person. He’s just a guy with a big trauma or whatever..I don’t think that he did anything wrong with this kids.
ally77 said on June 14, 2005 16:17:
The point of MJ is that he acts like a prat and has done for years, so hence why he is an easy target for people to call him and the media to have a go at him etc...
Oldag75 said on June 14, 2005 17:02:
And now we have the endless news coverage, the aftermath of the Jackson case that will last... it will last until the next big news fiasco occurs. Just when you believe things can’t get any more bizarre, an OJ Simpson will commit murder, or a Princess Di will be killed in a car wreck, or some irresponsible dunce from the Kennedy family will do something outrageous.
Meanwhile, Michael has vowed he won’t share his bed with boy chirren any more – he likes boy chirren, he loves spending time with boy chirren, those boy chirren are simply wonderful, it’s just that Michael won’t sleep with boy chirren ever again. It’s said that Michael’s ex wife agreed to testify as the trial so that she could watch the video of the Jackson house... and actually, finally get to see the inside of Michael’s bedroom.
Jud (moderator) said on June 14, 2005 21:12:
well this that he hasn’t done anything to the kids.. if he’s that nuts and traumatic and he finds it normal (and a need?) to share bed (let’s stay with that) with teenagers.. ok, but what do you think this might cause to these teens brains? They either might become a freak like him, or have problems with their personality, relation with other people (same age or older) or even be a target of pedophile because they won’t find it weird to lay in same bed with 40-year-old guys. Did anybody think of that during the trial? :S
LittleSpooky said on June 15, 2005 05:18:
Putting aside all of our opinions on this matter
Going back over the trial... there really was no physical evidence. Before someone decides to beat me with a bat, stop and think:
Other than the claims of finding magazines and the like, where’s the proof? How many men (and women for that matter) have some kind of “skin magazine” in their possession? If that’s a requirement for being guilty, I’d be guilty as all hell for owning a couple of Playgirls and stuff like that. Unless there was physical proof in some form or another, then yes, Michael Jackson could be found not guilty. All that had to be done was cast the shadow of doubt in the jurors minds, (and no, I’m not quoting a Roxette song for that).
I studied law for 2 years in college. I got out of it when OJ Simpson’s trial hit the media. I was in a Civil Law class, which was one night a week for 3 - 4 hours a night. When a Civil Law class can’t discuss anything BUT criminal law (which the OJ Simpson trial was at the time), I figured it was time to bail.
But one of the things I learned before I left:
If the defense CAN cast reasonable doubt in a juror’s mind... their job is done. It’s up to the prosecution to PROVE beyond reasonable doubt that someone is guilty or not guilty. The Jackson Defense Team did just that: Provided reasonable doubt by the questionable testimony of the mother and backed up a lot of that by using other witnesses to corroborate their ’version’ of events.
The thing that gets me though is:
He’s been accused of molesting boys in the past... If I was a parent... this screams at me to NOT let my children go to his house! The parents are just as guilty, if not more so, for letting their children go there in the first place!
Oldag75 said on June 15, 2005 11:16:
Criminal defense lawyers could significantly upgrade public perception about their work if they would say this: It’s my responsibility to do everything I can to ensure that the government does ITS job – that is, proves an accused person’s guilt beyond reasonable doubt – before depriving a person of liberty (and in some cases, life). That thinking should replace the “oh, the shyster got him off” mentality which follows defense lawyers like a bad odor.
The problem, though, is that they often have to seem so sleezy, so unsavory and sarcastic, in pursuing the goal of making the government do its job. The ones who employ such techniques tend to make me think they are defending factually guilty clients... but still, it’s the responsibility of the prosecutor to prove the defentant’s guilt. OJ Simpson was guilty as H*LL, but the prosecutors failed, and a murderer is loose. That sort of thing happens in a legal system which is the worst on the planet – except for all of the others.
ally77 said on June 15, 2005 16:35:
The parents are as nuts as the kids and MJ for letting them go! :) unless of course they have other reasons such as £££££’s and law suits!
LittleSpooky said on June 15, 2005 20:47:
Oldag: I’m not going to get into the OJ Simpson here with you, however I will maintain this:
There was no way that ONE person committed those crimes alone. There are several other things that weren’t there to convict him in my mind. But I’d lay odds he KNOWS who did it.

omg my typos! sppoky is right it was more than one person that killeed nicole simpson and goldman, but i wonder why the ac kowlings or whomever he was who wa sin the bronco with oj the gun and money wasn’t investigated, it was very possibvle they both killed them
